Thanks for an outstanding stay for one night. The staff are very friendly and gentle people. The room is brand-new and nicely decorated with a large bed, balcony and all the necessities. A convenient location, we will certainly stay here again.

The staff are helpful as well as the owner. The location is super central, really close to shops and the cathedral and all important places. Love eating outside and there's Brio Pizza, set a short way from the hotel.

The room is huge and neat, it comes with a very nice bathroom, sunlight, and a large bed. Excellent and wonderful location in the center of Florence lively location. The hotel is a short walk from a metro station.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom and seating area were nice, and the room also had a work desk and an electric kettle, and the check-in and check-out processes were flexible and easy.

My room was spacious and huge and included central heating, multi-channel television, and tea and coffee making equipment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub. This hotel had a very central position in the city center. The staff was lovely and kind throughout the day. I had a wonderful stay at Lost In Florence in Florence. The room was large and well-equipped with central heating and a variety of TV channels. The comfy bed and bathtub were delightful. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city. The staff was friendly and attentive during my entire visit.

It was an ideal base for sightseeing in Florence. The amicable and gentle staff were always there to help. The location was perfect and convenient, just a short walk to the cathedral and the center. I really enjoyed the stay and strongly recommend the venue.
